Kickboxing 

Modified to ALL! FUN, EMPOWERING, non-contact and LOW IMPACT. Move at your own pace and ability. RNdose Kickboxing is a popular class refined over 2 decades that infuses the best of kickboxing, Pilates, and barre; offering an intense cross-training and total body “workout”. This class is specifically designed to offer RESULTS LIKE NO OTHER CLASS, promoting strength, agility, courage, and confidence. Choreographed to high-energy clubhouse music, challenging the beginner to the elite athlete. Ideal for ALL individuals seeking a result-oriented, high calorie burning workout. 

Power Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic practice for all seeking to build cardiovascular endurance, strength, and sculpt the entire body to upbeat music. Synchronizing your breath with movement, this class develops and maintains functional capability at any age, offering the best of flowing thru poses (asanas), emphasizing core and glute strength. Reaching new places, new abilities, and new mindset. Ideal for ALL individuals seeking a result-oriented yoga “workout”.

Restorative Yoga

RNdose developed this YUMMY 90 minutes to recover and restore one’s self, relieve tension and reset from the week preceding. Each class will begin by connecting mind and breath. We will create gentle movement and soften into restorative poses to promote relaxation and mindful wellness. We will also practice self-massage by massaging and rolling out tightness in our connective tissue promoting myofascial release (MFR) with use of props you can find lying around your home (tennis balls, pillows, cushions, blankets, etc). This Saturday morning class is a PERFECT compliment to any and all fitness routines. 

Beginner Yoga 

RNdose is so excited about a new class COMING JANUARY 2021! Gentle, simple, slow-paced introduction to most basic yoga poses, promoting comfort on the mat and connection of mind/body/breath. Stretch and strengthen the entire body.
Ideal for those BEGINNERS out there that wish to explore the practice of yoga but have no idea where to start! RNdose is HERE TO HELP YOU! 🙂 

Senior Yoga

Yoga postures and breathwork to encourage and maintain mobility, balance, strength, and confidence. RNdose suggests this practice, which emphasizes joint health and employs movements that can be incorporated into your daily life, encouraging improved mobility for healthy, happy aging

20 min MyofaScial Release Yoga

RNdose developed this quick 20 min Myofascial Release (MFR) Yoga class  to follow any morning cardiovascular workout or simply to jumpstart your day the right way. Whether you choose to start your day with RNdose Kickboxing or a run outside, join RNdose on zoom directly after to eliminate pain and restore function to muscle structures and their associated interpenetrating fascia. For ALL ages and abilities!
